Role Overview:
As a co-founder, you will collaborate closely with our founding team to establish and execute our vision for the organization. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives, including business development, client acquisition, team building, and market expansion. You will have the opportunity to shape our company culture, define our brand identity, and position us as a leader in the executive search industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's growth strategy, with a focus on expanding into new markets and verticals.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.

Compensation Structure:
