Role Overview:

As a co-founder, you will collaborate closely with our founding team to establish and execute our vision for the organization. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives, including business development, client acquisition, team building, and market expansion. You will have the opportunity to shape our company culture, define our brand identity, and position us as a leader in the executive search industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's growth strategy, with a focus on expanding into new markets and verticals.
• Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and account managers.
• Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry to enhance our market presence.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the business.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the company's long-term vision and goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in building and scaling a business, preferably in the executive search or talent acquisition industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
• Prior experience as a co-founder or senior executive in a startup or high-growth company is highly desirable.

Compensation Structure:

• Equity Participation: Significant equity options based on performance and investment.

Investment Requirement:

• Minimum personal investment of $50,000, which entitles you to enhanced equity ownership and profit-sharing
  based on the firm's success.
