Compensation: Equity only (10-30% vesting over 3 years)

About SKNex Inc.

SKNex Inc. is a growing faith software technology company with multiple digital products already built and prepared for market entry. Our platform ecosystem includes apps designed to help users especially christians connect, grow, and navigate their digital and spiritual life in new ways.

We are now entering the scaling and launch phase, and are building a founding team to accelerate growth, operations, and strategy.

The Role

We are looking for a Co-Founder to join the SKNex founding team.

This is
not

a traditional employment role — it is a founder-level partnership opportunity for someone who wants to help grow a pre-launch tech company that already has working products.

You will help refine, operate, and scale SKNex's existing apps, while contributing your strengths to business strategy, user acquisition, technology, partnerships, or operations.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities will depend on your background, but may include:

  • Overseeing launch planning, go-to-market strategy, and user acquisition
  • Strengthening product experience, onboarding, and feature rollout
  • Supporting technical improvements, QA, or product optimization
  • Leading growth initiatives (social, community, partnerships, influencers)
  • Managing early operations needed for launch and scaling
  • Assisting with investor outreach, pitch decks, and fundraising
  • Building and leading teams as the company grows

Compensation & Structure

This is a co-founder position, not a salaried employment role.

  • Equity: 10-30%
  • Vesting: 3 years (standard cliff)
  • Founder Contribution:
  • A mutually agreed-upon founder contribution is required as part of joining SKNex's founding team.
  • (This is an ownership contribution and not a fee for employment.)

You may start part-time and transition to full-time, or join full-time immediately.

Both remote and local candidates are welcome.
