Join to apply for the Account Manager - Member Services (Remote) role at Info-Tech Research Group.As an Account Manager, you will manage a book of business by providing operational, administrative, and call-based client support and relationship management with the goal of renewing memberships and growing accounts through effective cross-selling.Major ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute sales and service activity plans. Manage member lifecycle tasks, including scheduling and leading calls.Own all account management conversations with secondary account stakeholders.Ensure members leverage their membership by delivering high-quality service to drive renewal and future sales.Manage and respond to inbound requests from members.Assist in preparing for member interactions by collecting and consolidating background information on individuals and organizations, as well as their relationship with Info-Tech.Complete scheduled and ad hoc data queries of our CRM.Ensure the CRM contains accurate account details and contact information.Actively seek to increase product knowledge.Education and ExperienceUniversity degree.3+ years of Account Management experience with a proven success record.Experience in the IT Research and Advisory market.Teamwork experience is an asset.SkillsCritical Thinking: Ability to assimilate complex information, communicate clearly, understand client needs, and find support when needed.Planning & Organization: Set daily schedules, plan territories, and account growth strategies.Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage the member lifecycle, and schedule calls effectively.Goal Setting: Own professional development goals, monitor progress, and seek help when off pace.Active Listening: Identify client needs, ask insightful questions, and listen effectively.ITRG is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
