The ideal candidate will manage stock control, inventory management, and daily operations, ensuring that our products are stored, packed, and shipped efficiently. This role is crucial to maintaining the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, meeting customer demand, and supporting our business growth.Stock and Inventory Control: Oversee all aspects of stock control, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.Ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained by conducting regular cycle counts and audits.Implement and manage inventory management systems to track stock levels and prevent discrepancies.Coordinate and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, with attention to detail and quality.Manage and optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and workflow.Handle promotional packing management, ensuring promotional items are packed and shipped correctly.Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, promoting a culture of safety among all team members.Oversee forklift operations and ensure all operators are trained and certified.Lead and mentor the warehouse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and efficiency of warehouse staff.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to encourage growth and improvement.Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, and inventory levels.Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and operational efficiency.Ensure all relevant documentation is stored securely on SharePoint or our server for easy access and reference.Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse processes and operations, driving efficiency and reducing costs.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management, implementing new ideas where applicable.Experienced and Knowledgeable: You have a strong background in warehouse management and logistics, with a deep understanding of inventory control and safety regulations.Bilingual: Fluent in both French and English, you’re able to communicate effectively with all members of the team.Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics.Strong skills in stock control, inventory management, and operations management.Experience with forklift operation and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Fluent in French and English.Job Type: Full-time Casual dress Dental care Disability insurance Discounted or free food On-site parking 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate:Saint-Laurent, QC H4T 1X7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Bachelor's Degree (preferred) warehouse: p>Language: French and English (required)
