Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse operations, ensuring that we meet our customer service and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety & Compliance: Lead and promote a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all warehouse operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- People Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Customer Experience: Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality, ensuring that we meet our customer service and productivity goals.
- University or college education in a related field, such as operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of employees and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
