About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and maximizing productivity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and implementing warehouse best practices that directly contribute to the success of our transportation and supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
  • Implement and enforce efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and organization for space utilization and workflow efficiency.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet overall company goals and objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Transport client support or account management.
  • Excellent communication in English and French, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation abilities for contract agreements and rate discussions.
  • A self-starter with the drive to exceed targets and contribute to the company's growth.
