We are seeking a Tenant & Community Engagement Specialist Edmonton. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with our tenants, organizing engaging tenant-focused events, advertising, promotions, and maximizing tenant satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a comprehensive property, tenant, and community marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, write, and execute the Tenant and Community Engagement Plan and calendar annually. Plan, organize, and execute a variety of tenant and community events to enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction. Develop, market, and distribute tenant communications and promotions such as newsletters, signage, informational brochures, and digital content. Monitor, track, and analyze tenant satisfaction levels and event statistics through surveys and feedback mechanisms; implement strategies to continuously improve the tenant and visitor experience. Proactively introduce innovative ideas to enhance tenants, and community satisfaction and retention. Develop engaging content for social media and website platforms. Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines to ensure events run smoothly and within scope. Recruit, collaborate, engage with, and direct vendors to deliver exceptional events. Travel to event locations as needed to oversee logistics, set-up, and execution, ensuring all aspects run smoothly. Support engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture, foster connection, and promote positive experiences. QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications and/or Graphic Design. At least three (3) years of marketing services experience in commercial real estate or related professional services industry. Graphic design, content management, and website creation capabilities. Event planning capabilities. Experience with project management and execution of marketing collateral, knowledge of marketing campaigns and innovative solutions. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks to completion. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Movie Maker and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign). Dedication to delivering exceptional service consistently. Adaptability to change with a positive outlook, consistently delivering successful results within specified time frames. A team-oriented approach to achieving goals and objectives. Unwavering commitment to performing with exceptional integrity, fostering an environment built on trust, honesty, and respect.
