Key Responsibilities / Areas of Accountability Manage inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and truck) with accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and maintaining track, trace, and data for all orders. Maintain daily liaison with customers, vendors, the GSC team, Customs team, and carriers to ensure continuity of inbound/outbound shipments. Audit and verify all freight invoices for air, sea, and truck, resolving discrepancies with the Department Manager. Resolve transportation, distribution, and delivery issues to minimize financial exposure to the company. Recommend new policies and procedures to improve efficiencies. Ensure optimum service levels for internal and external customers. Coordinate with the warehouse and other teams to provide economical and timely shipments. Prepare / review invoices, customs and free trade agreement documents, manifests, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required documents. Coordinate direct shipments from suppliers to customers, including cross‑trade, domestic and international movements. Prepare necessary shipping documentation for hazardous materials. Coordinate trade‑show related movements as required. Manage purchase and sales orders with project engineers. Support sourcing and customs teams as needed. Perform any other duties assigned by the department team leader. Technical / Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time‑management skills with great attention to detail. Ability to multi‑task and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of applicable international shipping regulations. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Baan, and Business Objects. Qualifications / Experience College diploma, preferably in logistics or related field, or equivalent work experience. CIFFA, CITT, and/or CCS certificate preferred. Minimum 2 years of logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
