**Job Duties**:

- Inspect physical conditions of warehouse/terminal, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order maintenance, repairs, or replacements.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations.
- Plan work assignments and equipment allocations to meet operation goals.
- Direct workers in transportation of loading and unloading of materials.
- Review orders, shipping or receiving notices to determine work sequences and materials.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
- Place orders for supplies and other related materials needed.
- Monitor field work to ensure proper performance and use of materials.
- Dispatch personnel and vehicles in response to telephone in emergencies.
- Plan and establish transportation route.
- Operate the company software to manage dispatch related matters.
- Prepare and process all customs documents for U.S. shipments.

**Education**:Completion of College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

**Work Experience**: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the similar field

**Language**: English

**Salary**: $27.00-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
