Northbridge Insurance Underwriting Directors work hard to provide strategic growth within their departments as well as coach and mentor their teams. The Director is responsible for directing all activities ensuring that the unit is operating at maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability to achieve all corporate and regional goals, objectives, and service levels.

Our Underwriting Directors are experts in their field and able to monitor trends and developments in the industry, guiding their portfolio positively. As the Director for the commercial lines, mid-market department, you would be responsible for all activities ensuring that the unit is operating at maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability to achieve all corporate and regional goals.

  1. Strategic and management planning

If you have:

  1. 10 years of Underwriting experience
  2. 5+ years experience in a leadership role
  3. Strategic leadership style
  4. Team-first mentality
