The Opportunity

Position Summary
As a Digital Consulting Analyst at Huron, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful and challenging work. You will collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for a wide range of clients across industries, including commercial, higher education, and healthcare. You will work closely with leadership on a diverse set of tasks and initiatives, engaging and collaborating with team members to propose solutions for complex challenges faced by our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in implementing technology solutions, including performing technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support.
- Liaising with internal and external team members during the course of project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics.
- Conducting and participating in key stakeholder interviews with clients to gather qualitative data and information, as well as gain an understanding of institutional culture.

Requirements
- Interest in applying technology systems to business processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Advanced or highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products.
- Strong performance in a bachelor's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience (business or technology-related field preferred).
- A consulting role with Huron requires travel to client sites. The nature and frequency of travel will depend on the specific project requirements and client needs.
- Canadian work authorization is required.
Compensation
The base salary for this job is $75,000. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $81,000 - $84,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, and other wellness programs.
