Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal but not required.Qualifications and Requirements:Provide excellent customer service to members and guestsIdeal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environmentWelcome and greet members/guests upon arrivalAnswer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgradesFollow proper office procedures/file maintenancePromote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin careMaintain a professional and clean work environment and appearanceDisplay a positive, energetic attitudeBe a team playerPossess Windows computer knowledge/skillsPerform various other duties as assignedBe willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the officeAbility to multitaskCompany Benefits:Hourly wage plus commissions and bonusesProfessional and safe work environmentEmployee referral bonusTrainingCompensation: $17.50 - $25.00 per hourAt Hand and Stone, Opportunity Knocks.We have opportunities for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Spa Managers and Spa Associates at all stages of their careers.
