Toronto, Canada Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Leaside Full time

We are looking for a dynamic individual, with great interpersonal skills, for a full-time or part-time position as a Spa Sales Associate at our well established Spa in Toronto's Dan Leckie Way / Liberty Village neighbourhood. Key responsibilities include delivering high level of customer service, meeting sales goals, effectively managing front desk and overall operational responsibilities.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Interaction with clients with friendliness and professionalism
- Business growth (promotion of membership sales, services, products)
- Maintenance of reception, spa treatment rooms and common areas
- Operational procedures such as scheduling of client appointments, processing of payments

**Other Skills/Abilities**:

- Desire to pursue a high level of customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and set work priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to exercise a high level of tact, diplomacy, professionalism and confidentiality

**Education / Experience**:

- High School diploma or equivalency, college / university will be an asset
- Minimum of 1-2 years customer service, sales experience
- Experience in the Spa, Wellness or Hospitality Industries will be a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
