Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking candidates passionate about sales, health, and well-being. We are a national franchise with over 400 locations, specializing in massage, facial, and hair removal services.We are looking for a local candidate seeking a long-term role in a stable and positive environment with growth opportunities. Our Spa Associates ensure exceptional customer experiences. Prior sales or membership-driven environment experience is ideal but not required.Qualifications and Requirements:Provide excellent customer service to members and guestsIdeal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership-driven environmentWelcome and greet members/guests upon arrivalAnswer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgradesFollow proper office procedures/file maintenancePromote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin careMaintain a professional and clean work environment and appearanceDisplay a positive, energetic attitudeBe a team playerPossess Windows computer knowledge/skillsPerform various other duties as assignedBe willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the officeAbility to multitaskCompany Benefits:Hourly wage plus commissions and bonusesProfessional and safe work environmentEmployee referral bonusTrainingCompensation: $14.35 - $21.00 per hourAt Hand and Stone, Opportunity Knocks.We have opportunities for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Spa Managers, and Spa Associates at all career stages.
