We are looking for someone that is local to the area and is looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal but not required. Qualifications and Requirements: Provide excellent customer service to members and guests Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance Display a positive, energetic attitude Be a team player Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills Perform various other duties as assigned Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office Ability to multitask Company Benefits: Hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses Professional and safe work environment Employee referral bonus Training Compensation: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour At Hand and Stone, Opportunity Knocks.
