As a Senior Technical Talent Partner at EvenUp, you’ll be driving our most strategic talent searches for a market-leading start-up that truly makes a difference in people’s lives when they are at their most vulnerable.

We have a lot of building to do, but we are starting from a very early-stage approach. You’ll help us bring in world-class talent across our Engineering, Product, and Design teams, while being a strategic partner to the hiring managers you work with.

What you’ll do:
  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition for requisitions across Engineering, Product, and Design.
  • Be a consultative business partner to hiring managers, department heads, and executives, helping to improve our people strategy.
  • Be a role model for others on the team and help to up-level recruiting across the org through your commitment to high-quality assessment, alignment, and acquisition strategies.
What we look for:
  • Experience working in a startup environment with high degrees of ambiguity.
  • Specific experience sourcing Machine Learning and Data Science talent.
  • Mastery of technical recruiting fundamentals including subject matter expertise, competencies-based interviewing, and structured hiring.
  • Tech-savvy and ability to quickly pick up new processes and software.
