**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sourcing Studio Deals**: Research and identify potential studio partnerships and deals, reaching out to studios for potential collaborations or partnerships.

2. **Customer Acquisition**: Assist in developing strategies to attract new customers, including social media outreach and community engagement.

3. **Group Chat Management**: Create and manage group chats for team communication, ensuring effective and organized dialogue.

4. **Google Drive Organization**: Maintain and organize files and documents on Google Drive for easy access and collaboration.

5. **Market Research**: Conduct research on current fashion trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

6. **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing and coordinating events or fashion shows, including logistics and guest management.

7. **Communication with Partners**: Facilitate communication with fashion industry partners, mentors, and collaborators.

**Requirements**:
1. **Interest in Fashion**: A keen interest in the fashion industry and a desire to learn more about it.

2. **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, partners, and customers.

3. **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage and organize digital files, schedules, and communication channels effectively.

4. **Social Media Savvy**: Familiarity with social media platforms and how they can be used for marketing and customer engagement.

5. **Research Ability**: Basic research skills for market analysis and sourcing information.

6. **Tech Proficiency**: Comfortable with using Google Drive, group messaging apps, and basic office software.

7. **Proactive Approach**: Willingness to take initiative and work independently when required.

8. **Time Management**: Ability to balance these responsibilities with academic commitments.
