Job Summary SE Health is seeking a Reporting Analyst – Finance to drive enterprise‑wide financial reporting and analytics within Workday. This role will design and develop advanced Workday Financial reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights to Finance leadership and business partners. You will serve as a Workday Financial Reporting expert, bridging data between Finance, HR, and Payroll teams while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance in all Workday reporting solutions. This role will also work on broader reporting strategy, such as delivering requirements or designing Power BI reports, where needed. Job Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports across Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Procurement, and Expenses. Develop financial dashboards, calculated fields, and custom data sources to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Ensure all financial reports adhere to data accuracy, security, and performance standards. Serve as a Workday data subject matter expert, gathering requirements and advising stakeholders on financial data structures, reporting best practices, and governance. Optimization & Governance Continuously assess and enhance financial reporting processes, automation, and data governance practices. Maintain clear documentation of report logic, financial business rules, and dependencies to ensure transparency and maintainability. Work with enterprise reporting and governance functions as required to determine report suitability for Workday versus other enterprise reporting tools (fit‑gap). End‑User Support & Training Provide training and documentation to Finance users on Workday reporting tools and self‑service capabilities. Troubleshoot report issues and act as a Finance reporting SME to internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business analytics, information systems, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday Reporting experience, with a primary focus on Financials (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports) and Workday Worksheets. Strong understanding of Workday Financial data structures, business objects, and reporting security. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial requirements and deliver accurate, audit‑ready reports and dashboards. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across Finance and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Workday HCM and Payroll reporting. Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, or Adaptive Planning and Office Connect. Familiarity with Workday Studio or EIB integrations for financial data extraction or automation. Experience with external reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for consolidated financial analysis.
