**Job Description**:
Extendicare is undergoing a transformation of its administrative operations with the implementation of Workday and new business processes. Reporting to the HRIS Business Partner, the Workday Analyst will be a strong business process mapping professional who has experience with facilitating the documentation of key processes.

This position will be located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario and will have flexibility for both remote and in-office work based on our hybrid work model- Analyze current state processes that have been documented, and capture key current state processes that are not documented but targeted for change- Leverage their expertise in Workday and specifically Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and/or Finance Systems to develop future state processes based on best practices-
- Create GAP between (Future State) To-Be and As-is (Current State) using best-practices in vendor solutions- Identify problem areas and non-value-added activities that need to be changed or eliminated- Partner with key stakeholders to resolve problems and provide innovative solutions- Work with the Human Resources & Finance teams to define KPIs and analytics for each area- Define process monitoring, tracking and measurement of KPIs for identified processes- Assess the impact of potential barriers to implementing the alternative processes- Understand exactly what will be changed and who will be affected when moving from the current process to the new processes- Work closely with Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant to manage the impact on stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree or four-year diploma in Commerce, Information Systems Computer Science, or Engineering or a related field of study- Must have experience with Workday configuration- Experience with implementing ERP solutions in Workday- Experience with large scale business transformation implementations and business process analysis / modeling initiatives- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows, for as-is and to-be states- Experience with integration between enterprise systems- Proven facilitation, training and presentation skills, specifically driving business process workshops- Advanced knowledge of BA concepts and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Framework)- Advanced knowledge of project management theory and practice- Strong relationship management coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills
