Essential Functions

  1. Leads and coaches through the company vision, mission, and core values.
  2. Assumes primary responsibility for efficient, cost-effective, and profitable operations.
  3. Prepares budgets and sales forecasts in conjunction with the District Manager.
  4. Approves, within budgetary limits and District Manager approval, all store expenditures for the purchase of supplies, equipment, and expense items.
  5. Provides consistent coaching and feedback to hold the team accountable to results; manages the performance evaluation delivery process for all staff, as well as the execution of all job changes in line with company protocol.
  6. On the sales floor 5 days a week, leads the team by example, giving feedback and coaching in the moment; accountable for all areas of training/customer experience.
  7. Displays a customer-first attitude by training and holding team members accountable for delivering exceptional customer service through flawless execution of our We Pass program.
  8. Accountable for the successful selection process, training, and relationship management of the team.
  9. Responsible for all product/inventory management at the store and supports visual merchandising and sell-through.
  10. Unpacks boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs).
  11. Supports in leading a profitable store by enrolling the entire team to achieve the sales plan; utilizes company tools to strategically plan sales targets and labor hours; accurately tracks labor hours and budgets accordingly.
  12. Responsible for daily scheduling needs and applies the practices of the company labor optimization beliefs when scheduling to support a great customer experience.
  13. Ensures staff are compliant on training and mandatory material within the internal Learning Management System training portal.
  14. Maintains and monitors store inventory levels and supports initiatives for loss prevention.
  15. Ensures that the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers.
  16. Manages vacation/LOA/sick requests, including tracking for all staff and processes employee changes appropriately to ensure timely and accurate pay for the team.
  17. Fully accountable for and oversees the execution of all deliverables within the store; performs the role responsibilities of Key Holder and Sales Specialist as needed.
  18. Supports in facilitating successful trainings, performance/development meetings.
  19. Ensures that all employees fully understand and are utilizing the most current systems (i.e., Vend, ADP Workforce Now, etc.).
  20. Maintains in-depth knowledge of products in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
  21. Assists with maintaining strong relationships within the local community and/or participates in local engagement opportunities on a volunteer basis (i.e., fundraising, local community events, charity drives, etc.).
  22. Under the direction of the District Manager, performs/completes other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request.

Work Schedule

Store Manager determines their own schedule with a preference to cover a range of shifts in order to understand their store.
42.5 hours per week.
