GitHub is expanding its Enterprise Sales team, and we’re seeking experienced professionals to drive growth and deepen our engagement with large enterprise accounts. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive II, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, executing complex sales strategies, building trusted relationships with executives, and aligning GitHub’s solutions with long-term customer business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner in scaling enterprise adoption, shaping digital transformation initiatives, and developing expertise in navigating complex deal cycles while driving sustained customer success and revenue growth in the multi-regional and/or global marketplace. Responsibilities Développer et exécuter des plans de compte pour un portefeuille de grands comptes d’entreprise en utilisant des méthodologies de vente telles que MEDDPICC afin de générer un volume élevé de ventes et d’assurer l’alignement avec les objectifs des clients. Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les décideurs de niveau exécutif au sein d’un ensemble ciblé de comptes, en agissant comme conseiller de confiance pour faciliter la transformation des activités. Élargir votre réseau de partenaires clés et de décideurs à travers un éventail de comptes clients afin d’accroître l’impact des ventes et des partenariats. Gérer le pipeline de ventes et le processus de prévision pour un portefeuille de comptes complexes de taille moyenne à grande, en veillant à l’alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux et à la réduction des risques. Engager de manière proactive un grand nombre de clients pour comprendre leurs besoins commerciaux et plaider en interne afin de prioriser leurs demandes. Conduire des efforts de vente de solutions complexes, en personnalisant les offres de GitHub pour répondre à des défis commerciaux complexes et fournir des résultats mesurables pour un ensemble élargi de comptes. Construire de manière proactive un réseau solide au sein de GitHub, Microsoft et des écosystèmes clés de clients et partenaires afin de mobiliser pleinement nos ressources pour soutenir vos clients. Develop and execute account plans for a portfolio of large enterprise accounts using sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to drive high volume sales and alignment with customer objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers within a focused set of accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to facilitate business transformation. Expand your network of key partners and decision-makers across an array of customer accounts to enhance sales and partner impact. Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting process for a portfolio of medium to large complex accounts, ensuring alignment with sales goals and risk mitigation. Proactively engage with a large number of customers to understand their business needs and advocate internally to prioritize their requests. Drive complex solution selling efforts, customizing GitHub's offerings to address intricate business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes for a larger set of accounts. Proactively build a solid network within GitHub, Microsoft, and key customer and partner ecosystems to bring the full weight of our resources to support your clients. Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais obligatoire. Expérience de vente sur le marché des entreprises canadiennes. Capacité à voyager jusqu’à 25 % pour rencontrer des clients et répondre aux besoins internes. 6+ years' experience in technology-related sales, technical selling, or a related field, OR bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Liberal Arts, or related field, AND 4+ years' experience in technology-related sales, technical selling, or a related field, OR master's degree in business administration AND 2+ years' experience in technology-related sales, technical selling, or a related field, OR equivalent experience. Professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory. Experience selling into the Canadian enterprise market. Ability to travel up to 25% to meet with clients and for internal business needs.
