WestCorp Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Turnaround Planner to support an upcoming turnaround project in Northern Saskatchewan. This position will be based at a remote camp facility on a rotational schedule. The successful candidate will develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed mechanical turnaround plans to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities.Location: Northern SaskatchewanSchedule: TBDContract Duration: TBDTravel: Camp based, charter flights provided from Saskatoon at the start and end of each rotation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive turnaround plans and work packages for mechanical systems and equipment.Support scheduling and resource allocation for mechanical work scopes.Ensure plans reflect accurate labor, materials, and equipment requirements.Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and project execution teams to align priorities and optimize schedules.Monitor turnaround progress and update plans as required to meet project timelines.Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, schedules, and progress reports.Support pre-turnaround planning activities including scope review, estimation, and work package development.Ensure all work complies with site safety procedures, codes, and standards.QualificationsJourneyperson Boilermaker, Pipefitter/Steamfitter, Millwright, or other relevant mechanical trade certification preferred.5+ years of industrial turnaround experience, including demonstrated expertise in mechanical planning.Experience using SAP,and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools is an asset.Strong understanding of mechanical systems, work packaging, and job estimating.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented turnaround environment.We thank you so much for your interest in working with us.Due to the high volume of applications received, we genuinely regret that we are unable to respond to each one individually.
