Join our team and make a difference.Reporting to the Director, Change Management, you will play a key role at Intact in the development and delivery of change management strategies and plans for Intact Insurance's transformation journey.What You’ll Do HereDevelop and implement innovative change management strategies that will ensure the adoption of new behaviors and tools to achieve organizational strategy and project objectives.Develop strong relationships with operational performance, business stakeholders and HR to become a key resource and advisor for the business.Develop relevant tools, guidance, and training to prepare for and coordinate change management plans and strategies to support the business.Share a clear business vision and goals for change with key stakeholders.Support business in the change management process by working on stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, identify risks and create mitigation plans.Identify and address resistance to change, developing solutions to overcome obstacles and encourage a culture of flexibility and adaptability.Work in collaboration with communications and L&D on the development of training as required.Participate in project meetings, workshops, and other activities where the presence of the change management specialist is needed.Facilitate change management learning / training for stakeholders.Keep up to date on trends and best practices to identify opportunities to strengthen change management and ensure the evolution of change management tools.Set up performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess the effectiveness of change management strategies and the adoption of tools and processes.What You Bring To The TableUniversity degree in management, human resources, organizational psychology or related field, or equivalent work experience.Certification in change management, an asset.Minimum of 5 years experience in change management or comparable project implementation experience.Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong in strategic thinking and creating a vision.A collaborative and inclusive mindset.The creativity and innovation to propose new or out‑of‑the‑box solutions.Strong agility with ability to deal with ambiguity.Results‑oriented with the ability to work at a quick pace.Excellent communication skills.Strong project management and planning skills.Bilingualism (French and English) is required.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity:$95,400.00 – $143,200.00What We OfferA financial rewards program that recognizes your success.An industry‑leading Employee Share Purchase Plan; we match 50% of net shares purchased.An extensive flex pension and benefits package, with access to virtual healthcare.Flexible work arrangements.Possibility to purchase up to 5 extra days off per year.An annual wellness account that promotes an active and healthy lifestyle.Access to tools and resources to support physical and mental health, embracing change and connecting with colleagues.
