Overview ATCO Frontec is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join the Supply Chain team in Calgary, Alberta. The position is key to supporting the Procurement and Sourcing for various remote camps. Responsibilities Provide Supply Chain Support: Procurement and Sourcing support to various remote locations Analyze SCM data to develop KPI reporting as required Contract negotiations and administration, including contracts review and analysis Lead new project mobilization activities Lead the review of goods and services requests with internal customers and provide procurement services, including obtaining price and delivery information Conduct spend analysis to identify trends and bulk buying opportunities Engage with internal customers to ensure understanding and shared compliance with ATCO Procurement policies Participate in purchasing field research to obtain market information and knowledge of supplier and contractor capabilities Provide support to the team if internal customers experience problems with Supply Chain processes/systems Develop relationships with assigned internal customers Conduct regular supplier and contractor reviews in collaboration with internal customers to improve service Ensure timely and accurate collection of data within the supply chain management system Support operations management with preparation and execution of Complex RFX processes, as required Support SCM as required with preparation of SCM strategies Analyze SCM data for RFX processes, as required Ability to prepare and execute negotiations with suppliers Qualifications The successful candidate must have experience working in Procurement and Sourcing of services in a fast paced environment Experience in contracts management Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce or Supply Chain (or equivalent) Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and Office 365 Self-starter/motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines Detail-oriented Functional experience with CMMS systems (such as ServiceMax, Oracle Cloud, Maximo, etc.) Facility maintenance experience is an asset Role may require working hours outside regular business hours We would like to thank everyone for their application; however, only those being considered for an interview will be contacted.
