**Position Overview**:
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and optimizing supply chain operations. This includes coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory control, and vendor communications. The role ensures smooth and timely movement of materials and goods while supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing and Coordination**:

- Oversee the processing of purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.
- Track and coordinate orders, deliveries, and shipments to ensure on-time receipt of materials.

**Logistics Support**:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, working with logistics providers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Resolve any shipping or delivery issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to the supply chain.

**Vendor and Supplier Relations**:

- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and reliable supply operations.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, delivery notes, inventory levels, and shipping information.
- Input and update data into ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track materials and inventory.

**Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:

- Collaborate with procurement, finance, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment between supply chain activities and company goals.
- Assist in resolving supply chain-related issues and ensuring seamless operations between departments.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, supplier agreements, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain activities.
- Prepare and generate reports on supply chain performance, including order accuracy, delivery timelines, and inventory status.

**Qualifications**:

- A Diploma in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in supply chain or a similar role is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
