At-the-Elbow (ATE) Support Specialist We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable At-the-Elbow (ATE) Support Specialists to assist medical staff and staff during the training and Go‑Live phases of the Computerized Provider Order Management (CPOM) implementation at Southlake Health. This role is critical in supporting end users at the point of care and ensuring a smooth transition to the new electronic ordering system. The ATE Support Specialist will provide real‑time, hands‑on support to staff and medical staff using the CPOM system, troubleshoot basic issues, expand complex concerns, and reinforce best practices to promote patient safety and workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assist medical staff and staff during the training and Go‑Live phases of CPOM implementation. Provide real‑time, hands‑on support to staff and medical staff at the point of care. Troubleshoot basic issues with the CPOM system. Escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams. Reinforce best practices to promote patient safety and workflow efficiency. Qualifications We look for candidates with a strong understanding of electronic health record systems, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety. Experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with CPOM or similar systems is preferred.
