TD Information Security covers the development and management of security strategies, policies and programs to assess, prioritize, and mitigate business risk with technology controls. Responsibilities Lead a team of IT professionals to build and support automation solutions that help the bank reduce risk, time and cost. Establish and execute Agile and SDLC processes, best practices following enterprise policies, standards and tools. Act as a hands‑on leader to guide and support team members as required. Foster a fast‑paced delivery culture to build high‑quality applications and automation solutions. Collaborate with key stakeholders on team strategy, roadmap and ensure continuous alignment with business objectives. Effectively communicate plans, progress and escalations on key programs to various audiences, including executive audiences. Coach the team on both technical and soft skills to uplift team’s competence and support career development. Demonstrate passion and commitment on leveraging new technologies and practices in advanced automation. Adhere to policies, procedures and control standards. Job Qualifications 5+ years of software engineering experience including architecting, designing and/or programming. 3+ years of experience managing a software development team. Extensive programming experience in Python. Expertise in Web development and API integrations (RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON/XML). Strong working experience of Windows and Linux environments. Sound knowledge of common network protocols including TCP/IP and HTTP. Knowledge of modern digital architecture (cloud, container, messaging and microservices). Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, Cortex XSOAR or similar technologies. Experience with data analytics, building AI based software/automation solutions. Experience working in the information security field is a plus.
