Technical Skills (40%) Experience with Agile methodologiesExperience with Dynamics 365 and Azure solution designWorking knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologiesExperience with marketing automation tools and customer journey analytics.Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365Working knowledge with Dataverse design and developmentWorking knowledge of development in Azure technologiesWorking knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScriptWorking knowledge of DevOps, task boards, pipelines, etc. Reporting and Integration (20%) Working knowledge of creating CRM Dynamics Reports and MS Power Bi Reports and CRM Word Template Creation KnowledgeProven experience as a CRM Developer, with a strong focus on reporting and analytics.Solid understanding of SQL, data visualization tools and CRM APIs.Experience with ETL processes and data integration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to utilize CRM APIs to integration with OPS Enterprise systems.
