Responsibilities Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously with strong coordination and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Apply a process-driven approach to collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and vendors. Support the design and development of learning programs, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions. Use solution-based thinking to align program design with learner needs and business goals. Requirements 1-3 years of previous Project Management experience. Understand creating surveys and reporting data. Ability to work with SMEs, stakeholders and understanding department culture. Proficient in MS Suite. Nice to Haves Program Design & Development experience or any experience with Articulate, Brainshark, Elucidate, Vyond, Camtasia. Education Post-Secondary Degree. Seniority level Mid-Senior level.
