Sienna Senior Living is one of Canada's largest owners and operators of seniors' living residences, with a portfolio of 70 residences across Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Alberta. Education and Experience:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services
  • 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care, health services, or social services
  • A proven track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and excellent verbal and written communication skills

For Ontario:

  • A licensed administrator in the Province of Ontario, or completion of a long-term care home administration program with a minimum of 100 hours of instruction
  • Successful completion of the Fire Safety Planning Training for owners and operators in accordance with Ontario Regulation 150/13

For British Columbia:

  • Registration with the College of Nurses of BC as a Registered Nurse
