Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a Pension Analyst, you will provide analytical and administration support to both clients, plan members, and the team. You will be responsible for a variety of pension calculations and administrative projects such as Pension Indexation, Pension Adjustments, Valuation Data Extracts, and Annual Statements.

What you’ll do

  • Leverage our in-house industry leading proprietary administration system and pension databases to perform data reconciliations, contribution reconciliations, and benefit calculations.
  • Provide response to routine plan enquiries and requests from clients and plan members.
  • Support the preparation of year-end annual pension statements.
  • Work within a collaborative team taking direction from and supporting senior team members with the goal of providing quality client-focused administrative services for our Corporate clients.
  • Enhance your industry knowledge by attending internal training sessions.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks, as required.

You have…

  • Recent new grad with a College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.

What you bring…

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Strong interest in problem solving and the acquisition of knowledge.

Nice to Have

  • Courses in Pension Administration.
  • Bilingual (English and French).
