Job Details

Position: English Language Instructor

Location: South Korea (Various Cities)

Start Date: Early March 2025

Schedule: Monday to Friday

School Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:50 PM (Mon, Wed, Fri); 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Tue, Thu)

Student Level: Mixed (Elementary to Intermediate)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: 2.4–2.8 Million KRW/month (negotiable based on experience)
  • Vacation: 10 working days + all national holidays
  • Housing: Furnished one-room apartment or housing allowance
  • Additional Benefits:

- Round-trip airfare reimbursement

- Severance pay upon contract completion

- Full coverage health insurance

- National pension contributions

Requirements
  • Experience: Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Certification: TESOL/TEFL certification (preferred)
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent (mandatory for visa processing)
  • Skills: Adaptable, enthusiastic, and proactive in engaging with students
  • Relocation: Must relocate to South Korea before the start date
Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging English language lessons using interactive techniques
  • Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations
  • Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student development
  • Maintain accurate records for attendance and performance
  • Promote extracurricular courses or advanced programs to enhance student learning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
