The Program Manager for Digital Enablement is responsible for leading the implementation and integration of cutting-edge digital solutions to optimize operations, enhance safety, and drive efficiency across the organization. This role focuses on managing large-scale digital transformation projects tailored to the unique needs of operations in the energy sector.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Management of the program lifecycle to ensure effective governance and efficient execution of projects
  2. Remove roadblocks and barriers from project and program execution
  3. Ensure projects are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization
  4. Clearly define program controls, proper governance, processes and procedures
  5. Ability to develop overall program plans across all projects within the program
  6. Monitor and progress to ensure milestones are being achieved through the program and associated projects
  7. Building and executing program plans to deliver solutions that meet business objectives
  8. Management and prioritization of cross project issues and challenges
  9. Management of program risks ensuring timely and clear communication with stakeholders with appropriate escalations
  10. Ensure delivery on strategic objectives
  11. Manage the program budget
  12. Manage risks and issues through the program lifecycle
  13. Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs
  14. Management and coordination of stakeholders who are involved within the program scope
  15. Identifying risks and threats to program delivery
  16. Provide coaching to all project team members

Candidate Requirements

  1. Minimum 10 years of program management experience
  2. Appropriate certifications within PMI supporting relevant experience
  3. Strong project and program management experience with large and complex IT/OT initiatives
  4. Broad knowledge of project and program methodologies
  5. Excellent communications skills and a confident ability to work with all organizational stakeholders at all levels
  6. Strong leadership and managerial skills
  7. Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation processes and procedures
  8. Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
  9. Flexible, adaptive and responsive to a frequently changing environment
  10. Ability to build partnerships with business leadership teams
