Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular strategy sessions to align client goals with our solutions
- Develop and implement tailored deliverables to meet client needs and objectives
- Proactively serve client needs, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through trusted advisor partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to measure progress and drive results
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement
- Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing regular reports on account status
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention scores
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or relevant role
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, maintaining attention to detail and driving results
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence
- Experience with CRM software and Google Docs or MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or relevant field
