- Élargir la pénétration du marché pour la région assignée ou les clients du secteur de l'eau.
- Élabore des stratégies de développement commercial et crée des plans de développement commercial annuels pour le domaine concerné afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et les revenus requis.
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de comptes pour comprendre les exigences commerciales et les besoins du marché.
- Reconnaît les nouveaux segments de marché et les opportunités de développement commercial, effectue un calcul des retours et des investissements et obtient un accord sur l'investissement, les ressources et les actions nécessaires aux développements.
- Donne la priorité aux activités de développement des segments de marché et fixe les objectifs de revenus.
Ce que vous apporterez
- Avoir une expérience antérieure dans le traitement des eaux industrielles, en particulier les chaudières, les tours de refroidissement et les eaux usées.
- Solides compétences en gestion des relations.
- Avoir documenté les résultats au moyen d’un processus de vente consultatif.
- Être capable d’établir des relations à tous les niveaux de la direction.
- Doit parler couramment l'anglais et le français.

We are looking to add a Key Account Manager to our Montreal team
- Expand market penetration for assigned region or customers in the Water industry.
- Identify new customers and opportunities within region and grow business while reinforcing Solenis brand.
- Work closely with account managers to understand business requirements and market needs.
- Recognize new market segments and opportunities for business development, makes a calculation of returns and investment, and gains agreement for the investment, resources, and actions required for the developments.
- Prioritize market segment development activities and set revenue targets.
What You'll Bring
- Have previous experience in Industrial Water Treatment, especially boilers, cooling towers and waste water.
- Possess strong relationship management skills.
- Have documented results using a consultative sales process.
- Be able to establish relationships at all levels of management.
- Must be fluent in English and French.
- Must be willing to relocate to Quebec.
- Company car for travel convenience.
