Résumé des fonctions : Traiter le dédouanement (mainlevée) OU confirmer les déclarations pour les envois répétitifs et non complexes guidés par le système de la SCCD et les compétences personnelles. Client (interne/externe) : activités opérationnelles d’importation, services de soutien, expertise-conseil, services des colis entrants, ventes, etc., et tous les clients et partenaires en matière de douanes.

Contributions et tâches clés de l’emploi :

  • Saisir les données (ouvrir les dossiers des clients, valider l’information, le crédit et la facturation).
  • Recueillir des renseignements ou des documents supplémentaires auprès des clients, des livreurs, des douanes et d’autres bureaux, etc., au besoin.
  • Repérer les écarts dans les profils des clients.
  • Répondre aux questions et demandes classiques des clients, des livreurs, des douanes et d’autres bureaux.
  • Travailler à titre de membre de l’équipe avec d’autres intervenants : clients, employés d’UPS SCS, transporteurs, agents à l’arrivée.

Qualifications requises :

  • De 6 mois à 2 ans d’expérience.
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires.
  • Bilinguisme requis – niveau intermédiaire (au Québec seulement).
  • Connaissance de base des opérations, des lois et des règlements en matière de douanes et d’autres ministères.
  • Compréhension de base du Système harmonisé.
  • Compétences informatiques de base.
