**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for a **Part-Time Brokerage Admin Assistant** to work in our Vancouver Brokerage Operations located in **Richmond BC (Near YVR)**.

This position maintains customer profiles, manage relationship with other brokers and supporting the business unit achieve and exceed set goals and objectives. The Brokerage Admin Assistant communicates task discrepancies to immediate manager or key stakeholders.

The Brokerage Admin Assistant works in a mixed warehouse and office environment. There will be work assignment that will involve activities that need to be completed in the warehouse areas of the building.
- Location**:5960 Ferguson Road, Richmond BC V7B 1M6**
- Shift**:Permanent Part-Time; **Tuesday to Saturday; 3:00AM - 10:00AM** **_(shift will vary according to volume)_

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in administrative tasks, information gathering, documentation, photocopying, faxing, splitting, etc;
- Performs data entry/scanning;
- Completes first screen of B3 (customers’ files), open LVS, etc;
- Assists raters in general office duties: reports, forms, claims, etc;
- Answers phone calls from partners and other offices;
- Operates scanning station for document imaging;

**Qualifications**:

- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong typing skills
- Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to management team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment
