We already work with 800+ of the top real estate brands across 70+ cities in North America and Europe. We’re looking for someone who can help take this new product to the next level. About the Role Reporting to the CRO, you will manage a team of 8 BDRs with the mandate to hit and exceed quarterly targets. Who You Are Brings exceptional passion and drive: work is more than a job; it’s a true calling. Analytical and metrics‑first, then a sales coach. Proven track record in leading and developing a team. Obsessed with outbound, does not wait for inbound or marketing leads, not afraid of picking up the phone. Can handle a high volume and high velocity outbound machine in the mid‑market range ($5–50k ARR). Obsessed with customer and market insights, true customer mindset. Key Challenges You’ll Tackle Scale our prospecting capacity through AI and automation. Juggle the optimization of an existing playbook while exploring new markets. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement outbound prospecting strategies that align with the company’s sales and marketing goals, targeting the right industries and buyer personas. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the BDR team to ensure they meet their individual and team‑level KPIs. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the performance of the BDR team using KPIs and CRM tools, providing regular feedback and reporting. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on campaign strategies, messaging, and lead handoff processes. Coaching & Development: Provide regular 1:1 coaching sessions to improve prospecting techniques and qualification skills. Lead Qualification & Handoff: Oversee lead qualification to ensure high‑quality prospects are passed to the sales team. Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve outbound processes, tools, and team workflows to increase efficiency and lead quality. Hiring & Onboarding: Participate in hiring and onboarding of new BDRs, ensuring they are set up for success. Qualifications & Skills Familiarity with key sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, Solution Selling, or SPIN Selling). Experience managing cross‑functional initiatives between sales and marketing teams. Data‑driven and analytical, with strong reporting and forecasting skills. Customer focused. Desire to win / grit. Passion. Sales expertise. Management maturity / courage. Decisive and confident in judgment. Bilingual English‑French an asset.
