Rôle

Loblaws in Ottawa, Ontario recherche un Agent de protection des actifs, anciennement Prévention des pertes. Profitez d'une carrière excitante avec l'une des plus grandes équipes de protection des actifs au Canada et aidez à rendre nos magasins un endroit agréable pour que les clients fassent leurs achats.

Tâches
  • Deter, détecter et appréhender le vol et la fraude dans nos locaux commerciaux
  • Collaborer avec d'autres APRs pour enquêter sur les cas ORC provinciaux ou nationaux lorsqu'ils se présentent
  • Collaborer régulièrement avec le service de police local
  • Détecter et investiguer les investigations internes ; compiler et présenter les preuves à des fins judiciaires ou de conciliation
  • Détecter et identifier les opportunités de perte potentielle dans notre cœur opérationnel de conformité
  • Construire et maintenir un partenariat commercial par l'intermédiaire des réunions de gestion et des rassemblements ; former et accompagner les collègues quant aux politiques et procédures de protection des actifs
  • Participer aux audits au niveau des magasins
  • Participer à des événements communautaires
  • Bénéfices disponibles pour travailler divers horaires, y compris jours, soirs, nuits et week-ends (40 h semaine de travail)
Compétences requises
  • Licence de garde privé provinciale valide obligatoire
  • Compréhension de base du Code criminel du Canada, de la Loi sur les violences corporelles et des Pouvoirs d'arrestation et systèmes de surveillance CCTV et/ou
  • Personnalité professionnelle, amicale et approchable
  • Initiative et intégrité élevées requises pour être victorieux dans un environnement dynamique
