Valeo Pharma, a Canadian pharmaceutical company that prioritizes innovation and growth. We are growing our commercial team. We are looking for an additional Business Analyst that shall be responsible for performing strategic, business analyses and provide key insights for various departments in support of corporate goals and objectives. This includes comprehensive forecasting and market / data activity analysis. The Business Analyst is also expected to continually evaluate current processes and propose solutions to optimize efficiency. A strong sense of collaboration is expected from this individual who will have regular inter-departmental and external partners collaborations.

Job Duties
- Leads all Forecasting management activities and its monitoring.
- Leads Incentive Planning activities management and its monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team for opportunity analysis.
- Assist fellow Business Analyst for all IQVIA data and Activities management and analysis.
- Analyzes the business analysis processes efficiency and suggests enhancement plan.
- Coordinates with specific external partners for Commercial Operations support.

**Requirements**:

- University degree required in business administration, finance or other related fields.
- 5 years + Pharma experience.
- 2 years + Pharma direct work experience as a business analyst.
- Advanced forecasting abilities.
- Experienced with IQVIA data analysis.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to find solutions to complex situations (understanding the real issue, asking the right questions, and looking for the solutions)
- Able to understand Strategic imperatives and interpret the operational requirements to develop proper analysis.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Self-starter and highly motivated to proactively suggest process / analysis enhancement.
- Excellent project management and deadline management skills.
