Minimum Requirements:

Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree is an asset) and at least 8 years' experience in a related field, preferably within a large and diverse organization. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the company's and post-secondary sector, as well as extensive knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, and operating requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and analyzing large budgets, leading a high-performing administrative team, and working independently within a large institutional environment. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with senior administrators and various stakeholders. Experience in project management and change management is also desired.
