Revenue Operations Manager The main mission of the Revenue Operations Manager is to implement programs (tools, processes, good practices, reporting, etc.) that increase sales performance and efficiency. We look for someone who has a strategic and tactical approach on RevOps, as well as being hands‑on to implement autonomously tools, processes, and reports. The RevOps team includes 3 teammates who will report to this position. Qualifications 6+ years in a high-performance sales organization, including a senior sales operations role Salesforce admin certification and strong knowledge of the Salesforce environment Strong expertise in data manipulation, interpretation, and quality Solid understanding of the buyer’s journey and the sales journey Familiarity with sales strategies, processes, and best practices Knowledge of sales tools such as Chili Piper, Outreach, Avoma, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Persistent, optimistic, and collaborative mindset Scope of the role Ownership of the Sales tools suite (Salesforce, Outreach, Chili Piper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) Management of the RevOps team, coordinating projects and managing stakeholder expectations Responsible for the implementation, management, and adoption of these tools Create and maintain reporting and analytics which will inform and advise sales leadership and individuals on performance Accountable for the quality of data and the accuracy of reports Collaborate with Data Ops to facilitate centralization and mapping of data, and to benefit from a global understanding of our business journey Training and Performance Management Onboard, train, and enable sales team members across geographies and disciplines Assist the leaders of GTM teams to constantly monitor revenue performance Identify weaknesses and opportunities of our teams and systems Work with Sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs Facilitation and Process Alignment Conduct process mapping, analysis, and redesign to drive operational improvements Assist sales leadership to set success playbooks Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Services teams Maintain balance and drive of sales focus to address core strategic objectives while delivering to short‑term revenue goals Goals Salesforce adoption from Sales (good UX, good data) Sales forecast accuracy (better pipeline management) Increase in conversion rates Reduction of sales cycle duration Skills Data‑driven and analytical Strong coaching and influencing skills Great communication skills Tech‑savvy, resourceful Natural problem solver Project management skills Interview Process Screening interview with a recruiter from our people team A remote exercise to demonstrate and assess your skills Manager review with your future reporting manager Leadership review with one of our department leaders Reference check conducted by our people team Offer Values Curious: We ask questions, try new things and take risks, learn from each other, and view mistakes as opportunities for growth.
