ABOUT THE ROLE

Auburn Developments, located in downtown London, Ontario, is looking for an Contract Administrative Assistant to be responsible for providing a range of administrative support and coordination of projects for the CFO, and the Departments of Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

  • As the Administrative Assistant you will:
  • Provide administrative support to the CFO, Controllers, and other department staff
  • Distribute weekly and monthly cheque runs
  • Process daily bank deposits
  • Set up/Maintain the filing system of multiple companies
  • Preparation of various correspondence
  • Photocopy, fax, scan documents
  • Collection and input of data and submission of reports
  • Print invoices from/maintain the inbox of the accounting email
  • Track office supplies needed for monthly order
  • Assist with monthly duties as required
  • Provide project support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Post-secondary education (college or university) in administration, business, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in an administrative role
  • High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in grammar, spelling and proofreading
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
