Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, fostering strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. Job Location: Canada, North America Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Nanoprecise's customer base. Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, conduct thorough research, and execute targeted outreach campaigns. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of Nanoprecise's solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, marketing, and customer success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction. Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for Nanoprecise and our clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years to 15 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of industrial markets, preferably with experience in predictive maintenance, IoT, or related technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
