About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at GINNI ENTERPRISE LTD. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare various financial and accounting reports, including tax returns, to support business decision-making.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain general ledgers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
