About the Role

Drivewyze is a leading provider of connected truck solutions, revolutionizing safety and sustainability in commercial vehicle transportation. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Head of Partner Marketing. This role will be instrumental in positioning Drivewyze as a technology leader through a mix of business-to-business (B2B) marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and strategic engagement within the trucking industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on the enterprise-level market segment, aligned with the organization's strategy, business objectives, and goals.
  • Lead a small team in supporting strategic ABM and partner marketing efforts through campaign development and execution, market research, and partner and strategic event management.
  • Formulate and execute quarterly marketing plans and campaigns to grow revenue within the Strategic segment (large companies), working closely with the Strategic Accounts sales team on ABM strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team and Enterprise technology partners on campaigns to generate leads specifically in the Enterprise Partner segment.
  • Support the Drivewyze Partner Account Management team in executing on funnel-filling marketing campaigns through reseller, referral, and second-tier technology partners.
  • Create significant quarterly long-life lead-generating campaigns, such as webinar series, e-books, and testimonials, to leverage as lead magnets through partner deployment and digital marketing channels.
  • Mobilize a growth and data-driven mindset, utilizing analytics and reporting to set direction and measure progress, ensuring the right metrics and automation are in place to identify and address funnel sticking points and improve conversion rates.
  • Use insights, feedback, trends, market analytics, and industry best practices to guide tactics, initiatives, and future campaigns.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing leadership role with a successful track record of high growth in a lead-generation (B2B) business.
  • Previous experience managing enterprise lead generation and marketing campaigns.
  • Previous partner marketing experience.
  • Account Base Marketing (ABM) experience.
  • Expertise in working with executive-level partner and customer representatives.
  • Strong writing and communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
