RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Effectuer la mise en place et le contrôle en continu du programme de conformité de 1er niveau pour des cabinets/conseillers spécifiques;
- Analyser des informations, effectuer des études, élaborer et proposer des recommandations;
- Rédaction de rapports;
- Interagir régulièrement avec les cabinets/conseillers et clients;
- Répondre à diverses demandes de renseignements;
- Soutenir les différents intervenants dans l’application des processus, normes et procédures ainsi que dans l’utilisation d’outils et de systèmes en lien avec les activités et les opérations;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
COMPÉTENCES:
- Aptitudes interpersonnelles, facilité à la communication orale et écrite
- Être capable de gérer un flux de travail important et établir des priorités
- Faire preuve d’initiative et d’autonomie
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Bilinguisme (afin de desservir les conseillers/cabinets hors Québec)
- Connaissance du logiciel Wealthserv (un atout)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and continuously monitor the 1st level compliance program for specific firms/advisors;
- Analyzes information, conducts studies, develops and proposes recommendations;
- Report writing;
- Interact regularly with firms/advisors and clients;
- Respond to various inquiries;
- Support the various stakeholders in the application of processes, standards and procedures as well as in the use of tools and systems related to activities and operations;
- Any other related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
- Be able to manage a large workflow and set priorities
- Demonstrate initiative and autonomy
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Bilingualism (to serve advisors/firms outside Quebec)
- Knowledge of Wealthserv software (an asset)
