RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and continuously monitor the 1st level compliance program for specific firms/advisors;
  • Analyzes information, conducts studies, develops and proposes recommendations;
  • Report writing;
  • Interact regularly with firms/advisors and clients;
  • Respond to various inquiries;
  • Support the various stakeholders in the application of processes, standards and procedures as well as in the use of tools and systems related to activities and operations;
  • Any other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to manage a large workflow and set priorities
  • Demonstrate initiative and autonomy
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bilingualism (to serve advisors/firms outside Quebec)
  • Knowledge of Wealthserv software (an asset)
