What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and accurate client service to lawyers/paralegal licensees and the general public
- Act as a cross-trained client service resource for Licensee Inquiry, Reception, and Complaints Reception lines
- Provide information on practice and professional topics, complaints processes, and other Law Society functions
- Contribute to meeting individual service targets related to accuracy, timeliness, and quality of service delivery
- Work closely with other team members to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of client service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College diploma, university degree, or equivalent
- 2 years of client service experience in a high volume call center environment
- Ability to write and speak clearly and effectively in French and English
- Solid understanding of superior client service in a regulatory and/or professional services perspective
- Proficiency in business software and communication skills in both official languages

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the Law Society and legal resources
- Superior command of French grammar
- Clear, concise, and articulate communication skills in French and English
