Third-party vendors must have a vendor agreement fully signed and executed by the Director, Project Resourcing in order to submit or receive payment for any resumes, candidate profiles, or placements with Comtech Group. The agreement must be dated no later than one year prior to the date of resume submission. Verbal commitments from any member of the Comtech team are not considered binding.
