Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Quality Lead to oversee the quality assurance of products, services, and processes within our product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading test requirements, test strategies, and test designs, as well as developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure products meet end-users' needs
  • Define and lead test requirements, test strategies, and test designs
  • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures
  • Solve quality problems from identification to resolution
  • Lead, train, and educate teammates on quality assurance best practices
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholders understand testing approaches
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience leading quality at a fast-paced agile organization
  • Ability to write and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and acceptance test scenarios
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks, including Selenium and Appium
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
